Reservation cancel

You can cancel a reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date. Depending on the hotel policy you might be charged a fee for the cancellation. Read the hotel terms and conditions for more.

Terms and conditions

Please read the following hotel policies carefully before modifying or canceling your reservation. It is important you understand the hotel policies on cancellation, checking in, checking out, etc. before you modify or cancel the reservation. Prices are per Room per Day.

Check-Out: 12:00 hours

In the high season the hotel requires a REFUNDABLE room deposit per person of 50 euros to cover any loss/damage/breakage to hotel property or any other incident which the hotel feels that it may have to charge for. The deposit is refunded on check out.

Cancellation policy

• If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The information we request when making your reservation is required in order to offer you a professional service.
In accordance with European personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are observed at Philoxenia Hotel to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorised access.

Paypal and personal information
We will be charged only 35 % of your total reservation cost in your Paypal account. You will pay for the rest of your stay at the hotel upon arrival.

Currently, our Web site utilize a variety of different security measures designed to protect personally identifiable information from unauthorized access by users both inside and outside of our company. This protects confidential information - such as online forms - from loss, misuse, interception and hacking. Your contact details will be kept at Philoxenia Hotel until your arrival date at the hotel.

Control over your data
After you have made a booking, you will receive a message with all the information about your booking included your Reservation Code. You cannot take this confirmation to the hotel as guarantee of the reservation.

You will receive a second e-mail after your 35% deposit with our confirmation.
